Nicholaston Farm Camping & Caravan Site is a working family farm owned and operated by the Beynon family and has accommodated camping and touring caravans since the 1920’s.
We offer pitches for caravans, motorhomes, campervans and tents. We offer electric hook up facilities for all caravans, campervans and motorhomes as well as a choice of with or without electric for tent pitches.
We are delighted that TripAdvisor has recognised our consistently great reviews by awarding the site their Certificate of Excellence.
Obviously, we are also delighted that our customers are pleased with what we offer and take the time and trouble to say so.
We have the facilities you will expect on a modern campsite including our takeaway cafe and shop where you will find microwave ovens for our guests to use, secure charging facilities for your mobile devices, free Wi-Fi across the whole property, and a shower and toilet facility for our disabled guests. We are especially proud of our washroom facilities, we have 3 blocks which have all been refurbished to 5 star standards.
The amenity blocks have plenty of free, clean and modern showers with under-floor heating, personal toilets and washrooms, a family toilet room, a washing-up area and large fridges and freezers purely for customer use, which are of course free. There is a unisex facility but, if you prefer, we have separate facilities for ladies and gentlemen in our block on the caravan field. The caravan field block also houses our laundry room where you will find washing machines, tumble dryers and drying cabinets for your waterproof clothes and boots on those rare wet days we get from time-to-time! You will also find our Vanity Suite in this block. Ideal for applying your make-up or styling your hair, and it’s quite handy for the ladies to use as well!
Our site offers showers, WiFi and fridge freezers all free of charge. The site is also adjacent to a dog friendly beach.

Gower was the first area of the UK to be designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in 1956, and we are glad to say that it hasn’t changed much since. Nicholaston Farm is a great base to explore the rich and varied natural environment which is simply breathtaking. From wild moors and limestone cliffs to golden sands, Gower is a geological goldmine with inspiring landscapes. The area is a fantastic location for walkers with the Gower Coast Path passing our southern boundary, and the Gower Way just a few minutes uphill to the north. The beaches at Little Tor, Crawley and Oxwich are immediately below us, are only accessible on foot, and will take you only about 10 minutes to get there via Crawley Woods and the dunes. There you will always find plenty of space on 2 miles of stunning beach.
